We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patronage. We promise to always do our best to serve our patrons in a professional manor. All services are performed by students under the supervision of Licensed Instructors. Schilling-Douglas is a school. Occasionally a service may not produce the desired results.   Our service policy is as follows:

• Hair re-cut free within one week
• Perms, Curls, Relaxers and Straighteners redone within:
      - 1 week - free
      - 2 weeks - 1/2 price
      - 3 weeks - full price
• Color corrected free within 1 week
• Sculptured nails replaced free within three days
• NO REFUNDS

• We ask that all individuals not receiving services remain in the waiting area.
• Small childern should not accompany adults into the servicea area unless they are receiving a service.
• Please refrain from eating and drinking in the service area.
