This program is designed to prepare the graduate for licensure in the State of Delaware and employment as an Instructor of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences.

Program Length: Determined by the number of years licensed and employed as a cosmetologist.
More than two years: 250 hours
Less than two years: 500 hours
